Purpose
Move materials to process and pack orders for shipment.
Core Competencies
- Ability to follow Control copies (Hardware, Pull, Galvanizing, Manufacturing) to stage orders for shipment.
- Process simple orders completely for final shipment with supervision
Tasks
- Operating overhead cranes and forklifts Inspect equipment and products for integrity and safety, report any anomalous conditions.
- Maintain a clean workstation and shipping floor
- Work with urgency and attention to detail
- Follow production guidelines
- Operating machinery and packing equipment
- Performing other tasks as assigned
Physical Demands
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Talk or hear
- Frequently Use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climb or balance
- Regularly Stand; Walk
- Ability to lift 75lbs
